Cryotherm became involved in architect Willliam Russell’s London residential project when Aztec Fire Solutions requested our assistance. The external fire protection system required a bespoke galvanised cassette panel system. Cryotherm was entrusted with the task of implementing the fire protection in a way that reflected the architect’s vision.
The plans were supplied by the architects after Cryotherm had surveyed the property. Cryotherm was able to use its specialist knowledge, recommending manufacturing details and dimensions tailored to this bespoke project. Due to the external location, it was decided to use grade Z275 galvanised material with a 50mm Styrodur lining.
At Aztec’s request, Cryotherm also installed the system and following its successful completion, the project was featured in a number of architect industry publications.
Architect Ken Taylor, who had read about Cryotherm’s involvement in the project, then appointed Cryotherm for an external galvanised finish for his project in Waterson Street in London.
